By creating an account and using qtgame services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account and use qtgame services. We strictly enforce age verification during the KYC process. Underage gambling is illegal, and any individual under 21 found using our services will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
qtgame services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. By using our services, you confirm that your participation does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your compliance with local laws.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into contracts or using online gaming services. You are not acting on behalf of any third party when using qtgame services.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one account with qtgame. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts across IP addresses, devices, payment methods, and personal information.
All users must complete KYC verification by submitting valid Indonesian identification (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification within 30 days of account creation. Accounts that remain unverified after this period may be suspended until verification is completed.
When registering an account with qtgame, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and other requested details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify qtgame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You should use a strong, unique password and avoid accessing your account from public or shared devices. qtgame will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Be vigilant against phishing attempts and always verify you are on the official qtgame.cam domain.
qtgame reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access for security reasons, pending investigation of suspicious activity, during KYC verification processes, or if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions. During suspension, you may be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
qtgame accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet deposits. Most deposits process instantly during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours. qtgame does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose transfer fees. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your source account, including any applicable banking fees.
Withdrawals can be requested 24/7 through your account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts typically receive payouts within 15 minutes to 3 hours for Indonesian bank transfers during business hours. E-wallet withdrawals process within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Unverified accounts may experience delays up to 24 hours or longer pending document verification.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method where possible. If you deposited via BCA, withdrawals should be to your BCA account. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for verified accounts. You may request one withdrawal per day unless you hold VIP status with higher limits.
qtgame maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals of unplayed funds may be declined or subject to processing fees. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Large or irregular transaction patterns will trigger additional security reviews.

Bonuses and promotions are offered at qtgame's discretion and are subject to specific terms outlined in each promotion's description. Not all users may be eligible for all bonuses. We reserve the right to exclude users from promotional offers if we suspect bonus abuse, multiple account usage, or violation of promotional terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (higher odds contribute more).
Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period, typically 7-30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiration. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Once a bonus expires, it cannot be reinstated.
While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. The standard maximum bet is Rp 25,000 per spin on slots or Rp 100,000 per sports bet. qtgame maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, placing opposite bets across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or game bugs to accumulate bonuses, and any other activity deemed by qtgame to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
All users must play fairly and in good faith. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. All games on qtgame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided. In the event of a match postponement, bets typically remain valid for 48 hours; if the event does not occur within this timeframe, bets are voided and stakes refunded. Each casino game (slots, live casino, table games) has specific rules accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand game rules, paytables, and betting options before wagering. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or a game malfunction has occurred, you must contact customer support within 30 days of the incident. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers. Game outcomes, sports results, and other data are provided by third parties and are beyond our control.
qtgame services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use qtgame services at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qtgame's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months preceding the claim. In no event shall qtgame be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless qtgame, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.
qtgame reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Common reasons for termination include violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple account usage, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged account inactivity. Upon termination, your access to qtgame services will be immediately revoked.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw all remaining balances. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. We reserve the right to retain your account information for a reasonable period after closure for record-keeping and regulatory compliance purposes.
Upon account termination for violation of terms, all bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. qtgame may retain deposits pending investigation of fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to report serious violations to relevant authorities. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 deducted from the account balance. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for 24 months may be permanently closed.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, we offer self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened under any circumstances for the selected period. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of qtgame services shall be resolved through the mechanisms outlined herein.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact qtgame customer support to seek resolution informally. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to formal mediation. You agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes before pursuing legal action.
Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable while preserving their original intent.
qtgame reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the qtgame website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
